Maxwell<\/span> <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">asked in his book \u201eThe 5 Levels of Leadership\u201c<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>very important questions, such as:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How do you define leadership?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba What is a leader?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How does leadership work?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He came to the following conclusion: <strong>LEADERSHIP IS INFLUENCE<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">If people can increase their influence with others, they can lead more effectively. The question becomes then&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How can we gain influence with others?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How can we develop a productive team?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He developed a tested and proven concept of <strong>5 Levels of Leadership that answers<\/strong> all of these questions. I use it in my coaching with my clients as well as the <strong>21 powerful irrefutable Laws of Leadership.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The <strong>CHALLENGE OF LEADERSHIP<\/strong> is to create change and facilitate growth. You might learn something powerful that changes lives and businesses!<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>\u25ba ENERGY LEADERSHIP<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2122<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">More than a hundred years ago, <strong>Albert Einstein<\/strong> addressed the scientific community, passionately presenting the idea that everything we see, hear, taste, touch, and smell is not matter, but energy. \u00a0<strong>Everything that \u201cmatters\u201d is energy.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u25ba <strong>If this is the case, what powerful implication has this statement? <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba Why are we not using this knowledge in our business?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Just think for a moment about it&#8230;Everything is energy, then <strong>everything you are<\/strong> is a form of energy, expressed in <strong>how you show up in the world<\/strong>, or in other words, who are you BEING.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #00ccff;\"><strong>EXAMPLE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Just think about someone you see as a <strong>LEADER,<\/strong> someone who always seems to be in a <strong>bad mood<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How quickly can you feel the<\/strong> <strong>tension when they walk in the room?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba What can you read on other people\u2019s faces? <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How does this person\u2019s impact spill over into everyone else\u2019s mood and level of productivity?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">On the other hand, think about a <strong>fun, dynamic LEADER who inspires others<\/strong> and happily gives credit where credit is due.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How quickly do you engage with leaders like this? <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How do other people respond, in comparison to the first example? <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u25ba How does this light, positive person naturally enhance people\u2019s peace of mind and important everyday interactions? <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>That ripple effect you feel is energy.<\/strong> And it\u2019s critical for leaders to understand its impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This is where the <strong>power of Energy Leadership lies<\/strong>\u2014each of us has the power to <strong>identify and shift our own energies to better serve our employees and customer,<\/strong> and anyone else we interact with\u2014to lead\u2014right from where we are.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>\u25ba RESEARCH-BACKED SYSTEM OF TRANSFORMATION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This research-backed system, utilized by companies such as <strong>Boeing, IKEA, and the United States Coast Guard<\/strong>, as well as tens of thousands of individuals, allows leaders to harness and measure energy to achieve <strong>success in the workplace<\/strong>, and in the world at large.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>\u25ba WHAT IS ENERGY LEADERSHIP<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> <strong>Energy Leadership<\/strong>\u2122 is the process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that <strong>positively influences<\/strong> and changes not only yourself but also those with whom you work and interact, as well as your organization as a whole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #00ccff;\"><strong>Note: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Traditional leadership<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>energy leadership have<\/strong>\u00a0the same goal of gaining influence. Level 5 in John C. Maxwell&#8217;s system states: &#8220;People follow because of<strong> who you are and what you represent.&#8221;<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In my opinion, this has a lot to do with &#8220;how you show up&#8221;. This is exactly what energy leadership helps you to do. To show up positively and to raise up to level 5 easily.\u00a0 Therefore, the energy leadership system is a great tool to achieve this goal faster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Before we explore the rest of what Energy Leadership may have to offer you, let\u2019s define the two key terms:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">What is leadership?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Leadership is how you interact with everyone, including yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">What is energy?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The answer is simple: everything. Instead, <strong>it measures your level of energy based on your attitude<\/strong>, or perception and perspective of your world. Because <strong>attitude is subjective<\/strong>, it can be altered.
