A mental inclination, tendency, or habit. (Merriam-Webster.com)<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u25ba The ideas and attitudes with which a person approaches a situation, especially when these are seen as being difficult to alter. (World English Dictionary)<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>\u25ba GROWTH MINDSET VS. FIXED MINDSET<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">In her book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success: How We Can Learn to Fulfill Our Potential, Stanford social psychologist, <strong>Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D<\/strong>. describes two different mindsets:\u00a0 A Fixed-Mindset and a Growth Mindset.<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><em>\u201c<\/em><strong><em>In a <\/em><em>fixed mindset<\/em><\/strong><em>, people believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits. They spend their time documenting their intelligence or talent instead of developing them. They also believe that talent alone creates success\u2014without effort.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><em>\u201c<\/em><strong><em>In a <\/em><em>growth mindset<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>,<\/strong> people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work\u2014brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment. Virtually all great people have had these qualities.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 17.35pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Dweck says<\/strong>, <em>\u201cTeaching a growth mindset creates motivation and productivity in the worlds of business, education, and sports. It enhances relationships.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>It helps you unleash your potential<\/strong>.\u00a0Your view of yourself can determine everything. I tried out most of them and was not very satisfied with the results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25ba <\/strong>The most <strong>effective process<\/strong> I came across is the &#8220;<strong>Clear Your Beliefs Process&#8221; from Lion Goodman<\/strong>. I used this process myself and cleared out 10 major negative beliefs. Since I experienced it\u00b4s effectiveness, I use it with all of my clients with amazing and lasting results. It sets an amazing baseline to develop your true potential!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25ba\u00a0<\/strong>Energy Leadership Process and <strong>Energy Leadership\u2122 Index<\/strong> <strong>assessment<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>\u25ba\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The work from <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Stanford social psychologist, <strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carol S. Does it happen when you take on a new challenge, are criticized, need to meet deadlines or have disagreements?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Be the observer of your thoughts and emotions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Now, think back and remember an experience that keeps you stuck in old patterns, wounds, behaviors, feelings, thoughts and that you long to change.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Step 4: Why are you triggered? <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">What are your assumptions and beliefs?
