It also helps you better understand where you are and where you want to go.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>\u21d2 A PESTEL analysis and SWOT analysis complement each other<\/strong>. The PESTEL analysis is mainly focused on the <strong>external environment assessment<\/strong>, while SWOT analysis includes both internal and external factors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">I highly recommend that you perform a PESTEL analysis at least once a year, ahead of conducting a SWOT analysis as part of your annual strategic review.
